Flavorful, firm, pink. A little bigger and leaner than sockeye. Grilled, baked, smoked, or however you prefer, silvers are some of the finest protein in the Pacific. Live-bled, gutted, gilled, filleted, vacuum-packed, and frozen in whole sides or approximately 1 lb. packets.
